All vehicles must be dropped off by 10:00 AM on the day of your appointment. If your vehicle isn't here by 10:00 AM, your appointment will be canceled to make room for others.
Got an early start? If you drop your car off ahead of your appointment day, we'll get it in line and try to get to it sooner if possible.
Drop Off’s & Tow-in’s
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, you’re welcome to drop off your vehicle anytime. Our shop is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
For drop-offs during business hours, please park along the east side of the lot and stop by the office to check in.
For after-hours drop-offs, please park directly in front of the shop in the parking area facing 11th Street. Do not park on neighborhood streets, on other businesses property, or block the bay doors on the side of the shop. Leave your keys in the secure drop box at the front of the shop. We’d also appreciate a quick text to let us know your vehicle has arrived.
If your car is being towed in, you don’t need to be present. The towing company knows the drill and will handle the drop-off for you.

What to Expect
When you bring your vehicle to Atlas Automotive Repair, we’ll start with a $30 Inspection of Concern. Whether your engine isn’t running right, there’s a strange noise, or something else is troubling you, this inspection allows us to focus on the issue and provide accurate recommendations.
Our technician will make every effort to replicate the issue you’ve described. We’ll perform a thorough inspection, document our findings, and attempt to pinpoint what’s causing the problem. Based on our inspection, we’ll prepare a detailed report that includes our findings, recommended repairs, and an estimate for the work.
You’ll receive all this information via text, email, or phone call (your choice). If you decide not to move forward with the repairs, that’s okay! You’ll only be responsible for the $30 inspection fee, and we’ll save all the documentation and estimates for your reference.
With your approval, we’ll proceed with the repairs using the highest standards of workmanship. We’re confident in our ability to diagnose and fix issues correctly the first time, saving you from unnecessary expenses or incorrect repairs.
All repairs are backed by our 36-month/36,000-mile warranty, giving you peace of mind that the work we perform is built to last.
