Inspections:
Most appointments begin with a full digital inspection. The inspection fee is $30 per concern. Please provide detailed notes on any symptoms or issues to help us diagnose accurately.

Emergency Repairs:
For urgent needs, please schedule for the next available slot then bring us the car immediately. For more information about this process visit our urgent service page.

Appointments & Arrival: Appointments are scheduled by day, not time. Vehicles must arrive by 10:00 a.m. or the appointment may be canceled — early drop-offs are encouraged. We open at 8:00 a.m., and a 24-hour key drop is available for after-hours convenience. See our FAQ for drop-off instructions.

Oil Changes:
Available from 8:00–9:00 a.m. on a walk-in basis—no appointment needed. Includes fluid top-off and tire pressure check. Customers are welcome to wait during this service.

Antique & Classic Vehicles:
For vehicles built before 1996 or if you do not see your vehicle listed in the online scheduler, please contact us by phone or email to get on the schedule.

Drop-Offs Preferred:
Due to the nature of auto repair, we recommend dropping off your vehicle. If you choose to wait, please note that wait times are unpredictable and some repairs may take several days. A comfortable waiting area is available either way.

Estimated Completion Times:
Repair times vary by issue. While we aim for same-day service, it's not always possible.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Our schedule fills quickly and we want to serve as many customers as possible.
