We’re excited to help with your vehicle’s needs. Before scheduling, please review these guidelines to ensure the best experience:

• Appointments: Appointments are set for the day. We open at 9AM. Vehicles that have not arrived by 10AM will be cancelled. Drop-off is available 24 hours a day.

• Inspections: Nearly all appointments begin with a thorough inspection. The inspection fee is $30 per concern. Please provide detailed information about your vehicle’s symptoms or issues.

• Arrival Time: Vehicles can be dropped off as early as you like but must arrive no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment unless otherwise specified. No-shows will be canceled to accommodate other customers.

• Drop-Offs Preferred: Due to the complexity of automotive repairs, we recommend dropping off your vehicle for most services. If you do choose to wait we can not promise how long your wait may be. Some repairs may take several days to complete.

• Oil Change Appointments: Performed promptly at 9 a.m.; customers are welcome to wait during this service.

• Estimated Completion Times: Repair times vary depending on the issue. While we strive for prompt service, same-day completion cannot be guaranteed.

• Emergency Repairs: For urgent issues, please contact us directly rather than using the online scheduler so we can prioritize appropriately.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. Appointments are in high demand, and we want to assist as many people as possible.

• Antiques & Classics: For vehicles built before 1996 please call us directly.
