• Inspections: Nearly all appointments begin with a thorough inspection. The inspection fee is $30 per concern. Please provide detailed information about your vehicle’s symptoms or issues.

• Arrival Time: Vehicles must be dropped off no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment unless otherwise specified. No-shows will be canceled to accommodate other customers.

• Drop-Offs Preferred: Due to the complexity of automotive repairs, we recommend dropping off your vehicle for most services.

• Oil Change Appointments: Performed promptly at 9 a.m.; customers are welcome to wait during this service.

• Estimated Completion Times: Repair times vary depending on the issue. While we strive for prompt service, same-day completion cannot be guaranteed.

• Emergency Repairs: For urgent issues, please contact us directly rather than using the online scheduler so we can prioritize appropriately.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. Appointments are in high demand, and we want to assist as many people as possible.

• Antiques & Classics: For vehicles built before 1996 please call us directly.
